According to the National Institute of Mental Health, bipolar disorder affects around 5.7 million adults in the U.S. Despite being one of the most most common mental conditions, there’s a lot of misconceptions about bipolar disorder so we wanted to take a moment today to invite you to take part in supporting World Bipolar Day – A day to spread awareness, support our friends and family with bipolar disorder, and move beyond the stigma.
